We do not store any personal data. Nor do we store any business data from you permanently. All data lies within Confluence Cloud. Hence, the selected Data Residency policy applies. Technical data We only store technical data and IDs, needed to perform secure communication with Confluence. For certain services provided by our app (e.g., PDF Rendering), diagrams are sent to our servers securely for processing.

The data we store is saved in a Google Firestore database, hosted in the europe-west3 region (i.e. Frankfurt, Germany, EU). We only store only technical data needed for secure server communication. This data is securely encrypted.

The BPMN Modeler and DMN Modeler for Confluence Cloud do not store any personal information.

All models are saved solely as Confluence page attachments. They are not saved on any servers hosted by viadee.
