We do not store any personal data. Nor do we store any business data from you permanently. All data lies within Confluence Cloud. Hence, the selected Data Residency data residency policy applies. Technical data (such as identifiers) that are needed to validate a licensed installation and to perform a secure communication with Confluence are transmitted and stored encrypted. For certain services provided by our app (e.g., PDF Rendering), diagrams are sent to our servers securely for processing and are deleted afterwards completely. |
