To create the perfect process handbook you can view key information of your process diagram in a table format to get a comprehensive overview over your process elements.
Additionally you may

  • export the process handbook directly onto the Confluence table where it will be displayed below the corresponding diagram and

  • export the process handbook as a .csv file.

Access the new app mode via the View option or the toolbar.

There exist 4 types of views for a BPMN diagram:

  • Diagram Editor - Allows to create and edit the BPMN diagram

  • XML Editor - allows to modify the diagram's XML directly

  • Presentation Mode - Read only mode

  • Table Mode

    • Displays all elements as list, along with additional information

    • Table view can be exported either as .csv file, or as Confluence table right below the BPMN diagram

To change the view mode, select "View" → "Switch View" in the header bar:
