 Which data is stored by the app?

We do not store any personal data. Nor do we store any business data from you. All data lies within Confluence. We only store technical data and IDs, needed to perform secure communication with Confluence.

 Where is this data stored?

The data we store is saved in a Google Firestore database, hosted in the europe-west3 region (i.e. Frankfurt, Germany, EU). We store only technical data needed for secure server communication. This data is securely encrypted.

 Does the app store personal data?

The BPMN Modeler and DMN Modeler for Confluence Cloud do not store any personal information.

 Where are my process models and decision tables stored?

All models are saved solely as Confluence page attachments. They are not saved on any servers hosted by viadee.
