The token simulation enables you to visualize the execution of your process by sending a token along the sequence flow. You can reflect upon different executions by simulating different outcomes at the gateways.

The token simulation can simulate all BPMN elements except for:

• OR Gateway

• Transactions

• Cancel Events

• Compensation Tasks

• Compensation EventsR

You can use the token simulation in the diagram editor and presentation mode. To activate the token simulation, click on the extended menu button (double arrow down) under the diagram name to extend the function row and toggle the left button (play icon).
